What counts as an agent message?
One reply from the agent to your customer. Your customer's messages are free. System events, gate rejections and log entries are always free.
What exactly does the setup include?
Workflow contract definition, tool and calendar wiring, tone and language setup, adversarial testing against your rules, and launch on your first channel. You approve the agent before it goes live.
Which models does it run on?
Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini adapters exist today. We pick a sensible default for your case; you can require a specific provider. The guarantees come from PRISM and do not depend on the model choice.
Where does my data live?
Your records land in your systems: your calendar, your database. Conversation processing runs through the model provider under your chosen terms, and the event log is yours.
What happens if I go over the allowance?
Nothing dramatic. Usage continues at the per-token rates, metered live in your dashboard. You can set alerts and hard caps.
Can I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the period. The setup fee is one-time and yours regardless: the workflow contract we wrote for you is portable documentation of your process.
